WP4: Design and Deployment of a
Toolkit for Excellence

WP4 : Design and Deployment of a Toolkit for Excellence in the Field of international learning

The Toolkit is the final outcome of the MODES project and has been conceived as a practical resource for teachers and higher education institutions working in multicultural contexts.
It is the direct result of the online course implementation and the feedback gathered through questionnaires administered to teachers and students in the four partner countries. This testing phase made it possible to identify concrete evidence that led to the formulation of the 7 key recommendations for teaching in international and multicultural classrooms.

The Toolkit brings together the project’s main outputs: methodological guidelines, a modular online training course, assessment tools, and practical materials that can be easily adapted to different academic settings. Its purpose is to provide concrete support for building learning environments that are inclusive, participatory, and able to fully value cultural diversity.
